I do have a fragmantry knowledge on SWOT analysis, but would like to know if we can conduct the same for employee in an organisation.

Incase yes, then please share with me the process of doing it.

Hi ,

We can work out the competency using SWOT tool. However the key is to look beyond the current candidature. In terms of what additional value can the person add or create and at what cost. I am currently working on a tool which is called P.O.W.E.R Tool. Do let me know if you can come up with other alternatives.
