Arrow Employee Satisfaction Survey

Hi,

I am preparing a Employee Satisfaction Survey. Need to know which are the key areas that i should look at?

I have thought of these areas that i should explore in the questionnaire - Benefits, Work Life Balance, Job Profile, CTC, Work environment, Training and Development.

If i have missed out on any key area that i should cover in the ESS, please let me know.

Background: We are a SME, IT sector, into Application Development.

Please reply at the earliest. It would help!!!

Kind Regards,
PSKumar

Hello

I have conducted ESS in our organization.

you can cover the following things like

Managers Behavior
Satisfied salary
Proper Training and Developmental activities
Top management pays attention towards employees
How they think about their appraisals
Opportunities to show their ability
Are the company policies need any changes
Do they give regular feedback about their work/projects
Are they providing proper equipments and stationary
Is Team work encouraged in your company
Do individuals clear about their Jobs and responsibilities
Do you get proper recognition for your work
Has this present organization helped you to develop your skills and talent
How is Communication between employee
Would you recommend this organization to your friends and relatives

You can add some more things in to this according to your Organization.

you can ask your employees to not to disclose their names ( If required)

regards
Peters
