Good to be back after a longggg hiatus!!
am looking for indian customer service case studies (spec. non tech) -- the likes of which can be used in Customer service training fr entry level staff.
yes, yes, i know i can google this .. and i did..and all I ended up was more of the 'firang' case studies , which the audience I intend to train would totally not relate to , what with united Airlines, Walmart throwing up search results!! :-)

So, hey all there, pl share any case studies that you can find..I am ok even if you can pass on some links (urls/pdfs) in raw form too..!!
