Dear All,

i am into a new office where i am the 1st HR in this organisastion.i want to bring some rules & procedures to our org.My CEO encourages me, but the problem is that the senior people who are here more than 7 - 10yrs doesn't want to follow any rules & regulations.Management doesn't want to loose them also.the problem is that they are spoiling the newcomers.Kindly suggest.
