Lightbulb Policy on Speakership [Urgent!!]

Hi friends ...

Can anyone of you provide me a policy on speakership (what I am trying to mean is ... a company policy, which is for its employees regarding the invitation which they receives time to time from various institutes and vendors to attend as Guest Speaker/Trainer etc.).

Sometimes it happens like the institute/vendor is covering all the expenses, but sometimes the employee asks the company (where the employee is working) to cover all the expenses.

Well ..company will definitely assist the employee if the company founds that this will bring the some value addition to the company or will enhance the image of the company.

Considering the above scenario, there should be some company policy on the 'SPEAKERSHIP'.

Can anybody help me on this? I would be really grateful and this is urgent !!
