Dear all,

i have done MBA (HR) and finished in december 2006. i have joined in a chartered accountant company whose MD is my one of the closest friends and also helped a lot in my studies. but the salaries are given very less. i am just drawing around 6000 / month. i am given designation as CRM executive. now i understood that i am neither doping HR works nor CRM works. being dissatisfied i told to my employer that i am going to leave the organisation as i am not finding any growth in my career. he told me to stay back but i rejected the offer as my dissatisfaction levels are saturated. also i am looking for a good career which is not found in this organisation. now the problem is Mr. X, who is close to me (employer whom i love so much) felt very bad and told that your wish u can do what ever u want. now i am neither able to take a bold decision to go out nor can stay back with out any growth. tell me what to do. of course i am getting offers for gud amount of money in MNC's.

i am in a confusing state. should i leave the organisation for my career or should i stick on to him who helped me a lot in my life...

i explained him every thing but still he is feeling bad of me. (but not angry with me.)

plz suggest me its very important and also urgent for me..
