Dear ALL,

I am MBA-HR in 2007 batch. I am working in an organistaion where working conditions are not so good and the Management is not Professional one.

I have join this org. bcoz I thought that time i will learn more here but whatever i have learnt only bcoz of my efforts only.

I want a change from here but the problem is this i am not able to select in any organisation.

I am just passing 2-3 rounds but in the last i am not selecting coz they say i am a fresher and i have less experience.

I got fed up from this environment. I just want a change, Previously i got select din 2-3 org. But i had not joined there.

My personal life is so disturb that even i cannot tell to anybdy, My professional life also not so well.

Now, I do not believe on the god bcoz i am facing lot of problems daily in my life.

I am alone, Plz suggest what i will do.
