Dear All,
I got a situation like one of my employee resigned giving one month notice but he got relieved on the same day he resigned as he has no KT as of the day. We have the policy to give one month notice from both employee/employer side while resigning/termination. In termination we pay one month salary and terminate them. But as of now we didn't pay one month salary for them who resigned and relieved on the same day. Is it necessary to pay that employee the one month salary he got relieved on the same day he submitted his resignation? And also I have another doubt that can the management relieve any employee on the same day the employee submits his resignation? Is it the right way of relieving? Can somebody tell me the exact relieving policy/exit policy? Please I have short time to resolve this problem.. ...... Dear Frnd,
As Per The Rules When Ever the Employee Will Submit The Resignation To the Management, they will take one week of time to Settle his/her Accouts, and coming t termination , if any employee will be terminated from his/her sevrices the Management has to pay one month Salary........
