Terms of Business [Negotiable]
1. In case of selection of the candidate, out of the Bio-data supplied by us, our service charges shall be For all Positions – 08.33 % of annual gross emoluments.

2. We are charging an additional 12 % of our service charges towards the Service Tax (As declared in Union Budget 2004) payable to the Service-Tax department as per Govt. regulations.

3. An additional 2% Education Cess on the amount of Service Tax will be charged as per the Govt. regulations declared in Union Budget 2004.

4. The company shall be liable to release our service charges within 15 days of the joining of the candidate selected through us.

5. Considering the volatile nature of the Industry, we shall be providing you with one free replacement, if the candidate selected through us leaves your organization within 3 months time of his/her joining.
