Short term contract employment
Dear All,
Can any company employ a person for short period (3 to 6 months) for specific job which itself is temporary in nature(like a project)?
If Yes,
what is the obligation of the employer as far as PF, ESI, Bonus,LTA and Income Tax etc are concerned. Is it On par with the regular employees.
Learned friends may please clarify my doubt.
