With reference to above title, some our friends responded that leave is applicable to contract labour but under which law or act. Once again i repeate that i am referring that mine is project site not a factory establishment.Even there is no such leave provision available in BOCW Act.Please state which law i should follow to get correct information.Secondly suppose a workmen who is working in a fabrication unit( registered under factory act) is transferred to different location to project site. Which act is applicable to him and why?
