Default Employement of Person Aged above 60

Dear Friends,

we have engaged a person with us on contract because of the age factor. the individual is above 60 years of age. Now we are planning to take a decision of abosrbing her on the rolls of the company.

Would like to know the legal impacts of this decision with regard to PF & Gratuity or any other benefits.

Please help by sharing the legal applicability on the same.

thanks.

best wishes
Jamjav
