My main focus is to know about the Labour Licenses Renewal dates in different states and Fee structure.

I am looking after these matters for a US MNC having offices in more than 35 locations pan India. However, there is no single website which can give you all the details. I had to collect details from respective States/District offices. This is generally one time but you have to keep yourself updating regularly.

As regards Labour License, do you mean Contract Labour License? If you are having engagement with contract labour please refer to Contract Labour Acts. Probably you may get covered under the Central Act. The Renewal dates and fees will differ from state to state.
