Resign in Pregnancy
Hi Friends,
My friends company has started cost cutting and they are asking employees to put down their papers from all departments. Unfortunately from HR, there is one female employee who is 4 month pregnant is ask to leave.
As per her appointment letter, notice period is 1 month where as company is willing to keep her on roles till July end. She is basically into recruitments 80 % designated as Associate Manager- HR.
Please let me know how to proceed in her case.
