Is it compulsory to keep minimum wages equal to basic salary.Till now i have not come across any Statute,Act or Govt Notification which explicitly proves it.As per my own views, we can bifurcate the minimum wages into basic,da & hra.Is there any documentary evidence in support of the fact that minimum wages can't be bifurcated, provide me the same.
