We worked for a small sized company for 18 months and the company has closed its office in Mumbai. The company was formed in Mumbai in July 2008. We have not been given any appointment letter. Our office in Mumbai was at Belapur, Navi Mumbai and all office staff was asked in Nov 09 end to leave from end of Dec 09 and we received our Dec 09 salary only in third week of Jan 10 that too with lot of pressure from our end to the management and our final settlement is still not received. Final settlement is medical, LTA and leave salary. One of the employee has not yet received the salary also for Dec 09. On last working date we were given experience certificate and relieving letter signed by the director.

When we contact the company for settlement we are been informed will
pay at later date but they are not confirming the date. They have also informed over phone there are chances even this payment may not be paid.

Can you please guide us on above and also how to get our dues. We would also like to know to whom should we contact.
