Default Employee who works by %

Hello,

I have an employee who works with me in my new business. His salary is 25% of the net profit.

He comes to work late and leave multiple times during working hours. Whenever, he is at work, he performs well.

The deal was that he will work extra time during establishing the business and when the business is stable, he can come and go as he likes. I guess he started to exercise his right way before he should.

What should I do ?
