In my company normally we give employees with 7 CL per year. Maximum an employee can avail is 2 CL at a time. But now the problem is most of our employees have exhausted with their CL by the end of first half.

Is there any possibility that we can set a cap for particular no.of CL's to be availed in a quarter.

Can i know how you all apply the rules for CL.
