i am Raghav Shah working as Asst. Manager - HR in Preengineered Building company, we are recruiting a senior person in our company and we want him to sign an agreement where he agrees that he will work with us at least for 3 years, or he needs to pay certain portion of his CTC. the same would be done if the breach is from the company's side.
