As such we are in the process of formation of policy for the Ex-Employees.

Actually When any employee left any particular organisation, then whether he can be considered for re-employment or not?

I require clarification in that as such what I have learnt that some company's has the policy of not hiring such employees and some company does hire.

Which may be the best policy.

I need your all valuable comments.
