I want to conduct some activities which makes work atmosphere light and friendly. Please suggest me what should I do so that employees feel good at their work place. Also our attrition ratio is very high so am planning to to do small survey internally for which i want to make some questionnaire so please help me what questions i should put. And what are the other welfare activites i can conduct?????
