Dear All,

Because of talent shortage fear in coming days, my company is focussing on different programs, now they also want to measure the intellectual value of the organization. They say any employee can cost anything but can worth of more than the cost. So now they want to gauge the worth of the employees.I think we can term it measuring intellectual capital.

So requesting all my community members if they can help me with this topic.
