hiii all,
recently i got an offer from a company as a management trainee in noida.They did salary negotiations with me and at first instance they offered 10k then asked them to increase it and then they offered me 12.5k.The main thing is that i am fresher and i don't know the salary range of a management trainee and they are asking me to sign a bond for three years.I know they are eager in giving employment to me.
i have done ba,ll.b and waiting for my result of master of labour law and personnel management,so should i ask for more as its not upto mi expectations.
plzz do help me out
