Recently i have given an interview for the post of HR Executive. The interviewer asked a question to me- Q. What do you think can we select a right candidate in a 15-20 minutes interview??????? Hina Right candidate in 15-20 min , the best answer is by judging his or her body language and asking him or her one quest: Tell something about yourself..?.. This is the best way how a person can be judged on the parameters of body language, communication skills, analytical skills, and also appearance.... Take Care Arva |
