Hi,

I need a guidance from all the HR people from Pune. I am looking for a Software QA/QC position in Pune and have 3years experience in Testing and looking for a change desperately because my company is winding up their operation and I need to support my family financially.

My problem is ,I am a Diploma Holder in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and my age is 37. I have worked as a Tech support executive for 5 years and switched to software testing and passed ISTQB certified testing examination. Though I have sound knowledge of manual testing, whenever I apply for a job it get rejected because I am not a graduate and I am 37 years old. I have managed a team of 3 junior test engineers. In spite of my qualities I am not getting any calls from the companies.

Is there any solution for this? Any company who prefers experience and talent rather than Qualification? Please please help me.
