I m new on this site n i know that by good friends on this site i would able to enhance my knowledge on HR.

I m waiting for my result for my MBA final n trying for HR Executive job in any consultancy,but i m facing one problem n i want the solution from anyone who wants to help me....

I gnrly stuck in my interviews that what is HR according to u,when i started answer recruiter was not satisfied with answer,so plz help me,

what is the satisfied answer for recruiters or i can say what they want to listen that a candidate should know before joining their consultancy that what is hr exactly..HR is very big topic to understand,n i know recruitment is the single part of HR,so plz mujhe points bata do so that i can crack my interview.
