Why Most People Fail to Achieve Their Goals

I believe that if you are reading this right now, it means that you have set your goals before, but you fail to achieve them or you are in the progress of achieving them. Now, have you ever wondered why so many people set their goals, but they still fail to achieve them in the end? Is it that goal setting does not work?
Well, it is not that goal setting does not work; it is the people who set the goals that did not work. Most people, all they do is that they just set goals, and forget about it. You know that without putting in any real action and effort, you will not achieve what you wanted. So why people fail to take action that propels them to their goals?
There is only one answer; they lack the 'reason' that drives them to take action. Did you know that goal setting is just a process that helps you to stay focused in the direction that you are going? Goal setting alone is not going to drive you. It is the reason behind your goal that is going to motivate you into taking action.
Therefore, today, if you are not motivated to take action towards your goal, it is because your reason is not strong enough. You should review back your reasons, why you want to achieve your goals? When you found out why you want something so badly, you will do whatever it takes to achieve it. And this is how by setting clear goal, it can help you to achieve it faster.
Too many people did not understand this, for them, goal setting is a must, but they did not know that what actually drives them is the reason behind. If you want to be a millionaire today, you have to first find out why, if you want to lose weight, you too, have to find out why. Unless you have a clear reason, you will not achieve what you want in your life.
So what you can do now is that you can write down your goals, what you want to achieve in a certain period. And right below of your goals, write down the 3 most 'burning' reasons that can keep you going. Review them every time when you wake up and every time before you sleep. Remember, a goal without a reason is not a goal, it is just a mere wish.
