I am an Operation Manager with 5 yrs. of Exp. in Service Industry, I have done Diploma in Trng & Development. I have taken some sessions on my own in my organisation.But, since i dont have any hardcore training exp., i am not getting any offer in trainings inspite of applying a few.
I want to gain some experience under some trainers.
KINDLY SUGGEST WHAT TO DO & HOW TO DO??????
