This is Tejesh From Nasik. I have completed my MBA HR From ICFAI Nasik in April 2008. Right now just searching for a job in HR as the campus for HR in our college was next to 0. For last 2 months I searching for a job. I have 6.54 CGPA. I have done my Bsc(computers). I don't have any experience.

I am trying for a job in pune, mumbai, nasik. I am not getting much response as my personal contacts are also less. Pls Help me out in this. I am ready to do any kind of Hard Work. But the First question asked in interview is Experience. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW? PLEASE SOME ONE GUIDE ME. ITS URGENT....
