I need ur advise. i am a PG-HR from Pune university, now doing job in a very reputed placement firm. I have through out first class academic and have been topper all the time. Now I want to get job in corporate.
But I have only 6months exp. n have just join this firm before3+months back, as I was new in this city so i grab 1st opportunity but I have heard if u couldn't get a job in corporate in your initial one year its tough to get job in corporate.I want to grow in my career don't want to stuck only with recruitment, plz help me what to do? how to go for corporate hr opening?
