One of my friend in my company is being tortured by her boss.
She is very hardworking & completes her work in time but still her boss keeps on shouting at her even though she had not done as single mistake.
This makes her depressed very much. Her boss is not behaving properly with her.

In this case can anyone suggest me what should be done????

Communication is a life blood for any of the relationship. I would like to suggest-she needs to talk to her boss to understand her role and responsibilities so that both are aware what she needs to do and what your boss should expect you to do. If there will be any gap, then such kind of problems can arose.
Also, she need to understand the EGO-STAGE of her boss. The EGO-Stage are of three type.

Child
The analysis of the ego stage helps a person to behave alike as expected by other person.
