Question Duties of IR Manager

Dear All,

What should be the ideal duties / responsibilties /Job description of an IR Manager ?

The ideal responsibilities of an IR Manager are:

a) To ensure industiral peace and harmony by pro active employee relations
b) Statutory compliance
c) Employee Welfare - Both Statutory and Voluntary
d) Grievance Redressal
e) Collective Bargaining
f) Personnel Administration - Canteen, Security, Recreation club & Medical Center
g) Communication - Contact Programmes, Meetings, In house journal etc.
h) Separation process
i) Total Employee Involvement (TEI) Activities
j) Recruitment & Induction of Operators
k) CSR Activities
l) Legal issues pertaining to labour
m) Enhance Employee Satisfaction

We can add few more based on our responsibilities assigned by the company.
