You have two options one is creating a blog for your company wherein your employees can post greviences without letting out their names if that is what you intend to do.
The second option you have is device a web application where login id is provided and a employee privacy policy has to be formed wherein only his grevience will be addressed and his name will never be mentioned to any person other than the CEO or the president of the company. This will allow your employees to speak their mind and help you to make your workplace an ever improving institution.
