Hi,

In my present company notice period is of 3 months but it is negotiable ,It is mentioned in Appointment letter that Notice period can be reduced by paying salary of remaining Days.

My HR/ Boss not agree & asking me to Stay for 3 months & if I will not complete 3 months they will not give reliving letter

Can HR will stop me if there is clearly mentioned in Appointment letter @ notice period.My further employee asks me to join at earlist.

Please guide for further action
