Generally, Corporates & consultancies are charging 3000$-4000$ for H1B Visa process.


As per the USCIS, H1B cases selecting by the Lottery system. If the visa is not picked up in the lottery ... We need to return the money to the candidate.


Some company's are deducting 50% of the money from the candidate...
Is it right?


How much will be the deduction of Credential Evaluation & Attorney Fees..
