we are using old foxpro software for payroll which needs calculations to be done manually. so if anybody can help me in getting proper payroll as well as HR, and attendence software.

I was in the same situation a few months earlier. I came across Replicon, Inc (web-based time tracking, attendance monitoring software company). They just released a new software, Web TimeSheet Time & Attendance, that may help you out.

You might want to check out one of their webinars which offers you information on the capabilities of the software via a discussion with their Webinar Specialist. I did this and then we downloaded the trial and so far the software is handling exactly what we needed.
