I have recently join IT company. This IT company did not have any HR Department . And I have to setup hr department. I have the little idea about HR Department .


So, this is my kind request to all the seniors that i need your help.

I need induction form, How to maintain employee Database ( MIS), Leave Application forms, letters which frequently need to deal with the employee.
