I would like to get an expertise help from you all regarding planning man power.

I am given task by my superior, to do an analysis of previous data of turnover, attriation and recruitment and do a planning that what can be the exact number of work force required to achieve speculated turnover of 300 crores by the management.

Kindly suguest me the methods, formulas or ways that how can i do it...
