Lightbulb Humanity or Company policy!!??

Hello Every one,

As every company has security guard we also have one on contract .
The security people approached me and requested me to talk to their Managers to increase their salary.

now my Confusion is these people are on contract basis from different a company and are not considered as our employees... so should i talk to their managers?
If i think on the humanity basis i feel like having a word with their managers... but according to the company policies they are just security people on contract from a different company .......

what shall i do ???
Note : according to the management i should not interfere in this matter.

let me know all your opinions

Thanks
Vasudha

Lightbulb Re:

Of course not...Vasudha, It's quite sounds unprofessional....

You may raise your voice , if any of your employee performs well and ask for better emloments, but in such cases, where you are not concerned with the employer of Security personnel.

Please make me correct, if I am wrong.....
