I have gone through your ppt on communication skills - I appreciate your thought process and it is good. Effective Comunication process [rarely 100% complete] is very important... it is governed mainly by the method of encoding by the person, depends on his / her opinion which is governed by their lens view and decoding by the receiver lens view - both development of lens view is not necessarily the same - different views will be developed over the years on a subject matter)
