Question How to give termination letter?

Dear all,

Greetings of the day!

This is going to put you in very ciritial situation when management ask to handover the Termination Letter to an employee for the sake of salary only.

Imagine you are The Manager-HR (New Joinee) and always try to keep healthy relation with employees and employer. Suddenly you get instructions from the top management to terminate an employee who is working with your organization from last 10 years. The only reason is that company has found new candidate who is much more competenet and is ready to work on less salary.

How will you face such situation? how you will communicate this to that individual ?

pls suggest.

Remember:- You do not have any option other than hading over the termination letter.

regards,
Alok
