Hi ,
In this case you have to pay him full salary of a month to him because earned leaves can be adjusted in notice period. If there is any specification in your policy than the action could be different. But, earned leaves is the satutory right of the employee so you can not stop him taking those leaves though he is in his notice period. For Sick Leaves you don't need pay because it is not mandatory in any statue. Regards, Kumar |
