Hi all, i was working xxx company frm past 3 months, i was taken as s/w dev, bt all the time i worked as tester thr, so i decided to leave this job and search for better company, after one week of not going to that company i sent thru email my resignation, now the manager thr in company xxx called me and said i hve to complete notice period of 1 month, otherwise he will lodge complaint and complain all embassies abt my absconding, wht do now? please clarify me abt this, waiting for quick response

what i suggest you u serve the notice period, n try to convince the other company to give u a month time to join you.
