I am a dedicated HR resource for the marketing division within my company.

I am trying tor each out to all employees here and I am sending them thought for the day. I am also wish in them for birthdays,

My point is what more can I do....as the employees related to me are spread over 5 states. How do i reach them

I was thinking of a weekly quiz or something like that but I cant come up with anything concrete. There could be no prizes due to the distance so just a Title would have to suffice

Please do give me some ideas as to the daily practices carried out in your organizations
