Default PF withdrawal-Employer creating problem
Hi,

I left the services of a company in May,08 after serving them for around 2 years.They have not accepted my resignation and refused to relieve me.However,I want to withdraw my PF & Superannuation from the company.They have refused to initiate the process stating that your resignation is not accepted.Please suggest what course of action I have.
