Dear All,

Can anyone explain about the Minimum wage fixation.How to fix Gross salary components.

Dear Varun ji,
The Minimum Wages Act is a wide meaning. The wages are fixed by the respective state Governments in the various categories in the respective schedules of employments. The detailed notes is attached herewith please go through.
