to all YHR members , i would like to know about Indian MBA's are really having real time experience, because now the problem is as for the survey report says that Indian MBA's having lack of industrial experience so after their graduation they couldn't able to survive in the fast world, pressure from the organization. once they inside the organization,marks and certificate are of no use any more. The work place is different from the academic environment that they have come from .............. So what are the steps we can take to improve the MBA's attitudes towards the real time experience and the how the MBA's could be trained to face the world......... i would like to know about the standard of Indian MBA's expect the Business schools. i heard that in India there are 1400 MBA college , how the internship can be improved and during the meaningless summer project ........ can any one suggest to Indian MBA's in this matter ................................
