Default Designation

What is the difference between the designations "Asst National Head-HR' & "Asst to National head-HR" ? Are they same? If not ..what would be the difference in the job profile?

Dear Bharvi,

Asst National Head - HR is a senior position and it represents a senior employee heading HR of a company for a whole nation, while Asst to National Head -HR means a employee who is an assistant/ secretary of HR head.
