ONSITE ALLOWANCE
Dear All,

It¡¦s amazing how quickly time passes by! now we are in the end of feb 2007. We are glad to announce Onsite Allowance for this financial year. The key focus of this newsletter is firstly about the statutory changes that have to be implemented soon and secondly it highlights some new functionality that has been included in the ¡¥(Company name) Pay¡¦.

Eligibility Criteria for Onsite Allowance:

„« The employee, who¡¦s assigned to a duty at locations other than Davinci, will be entitled for the onsite allowance.

„« An employee who works onsite for a minimum of_________days / hours will be entitled for the onsite allowance.

„« The onsite allowance for this financial year is enhanced to Rs. 800/- per month. This will be paid in supplement to the salary with effect from_________2007

„« The onsite allowance is subject to attendance and will be paid to the employee working for a full day. It will not be paid when the employee is on a sick leave or any kind of leave and absence.

Hopefully by reading about this new functionality being made available to you in current releases of 2007, you will be motivated to take the plunge.
