Does my company really need HR ???
hi Everyone,
It was a dream for me to be a HR-Manager , and now i am working as a Hr-Manager in an medium sized IT company.
I was told that i will be the person responsible regarding all the Hr Related thing.
Once i took the charge i realized that i have to take care of Admin also.
and now i am pushed into more of admin role, from past 2 months what ever policies i have done to impliment in the organization is of no use ....
my management wants me to play more of admin role than an HR i am disappointed and dejected....
i am not getting any exposure as i always wanted being an Hr-Manager
Can any one please suggest what should i do ...
i am eagerly waiting for all your suggession.. kindly help me out.....
